This is Jaoudat Abouazza, a Palestine-born Canadian Citizen who was later arrested and tried. INS tried to crucify him, but he was granted the option of "voluntary departure." While detained at Bristol County Prison, four of Jaoudat's teeth were sadistically removed by force, without consent, and with no apparent medical justification. Records were inspected by Dr. Lana Habash, leading her to the conclusion that this was plain and simple torture. Canada issued an advisory a few weks later to it's Arab citizens that travel to the US is risky.
